
New Year’s Goals Check-In
Well, we have made it through the first month in 2018. How are you doing with your New Year’s resolutions and goals?! Well, I wish that I could report to you that I have had big successes but that is not really the case. I will say that I’m slowly making progress though!
I’m very excited about my new job and with that, I’m still adapting to my new daily routine. I have been trying to make a point to get up and attend the 6 AM workout classes prior to work. My goal was to try to cut out carbs and “eat clean” but that has been a real struggle for me. I’m pretty disciplined with my eating Monday through Wednesday but something happens to me later in the week. I guess I just get so excited for the weekend, haha?! This week I decided to try and meal prep. I will keep you posted on my meal prep success… I will say that I have at least lost two pounds.
I will keep working on my goals and you should too! Don’t give up just yet!
